Consulting and product development. Montenegro and worldwide
We design, build and launch the whole thing. Payments, analytics, languages, store releases, and the parts that usually get discovered after launch. Based in Podgorica, working with companies here and with clients anywhere else.
Sound familiar
“The estimate was three months. We are in month nine.”
Scope was never written down, so every week added something nobody priced.
“The app keeps getting rejected and nobody can say why.”
The rejection reasons are specific and repeatable. Reading them is a skill, not a mystery.
“Payments work, until they quietly do not.”
A failed renewal, a refund, a tax edge case. Nobody notices until a customer writes in.
“Nobody can tell me how many people finished signup yesterday.”
Events were added by hand, some were never sent, and no two dashboards agree.
What changes
Written scope, fixed price where the scope allows it, exclusions listed before work starts.
Submission handled by people who have read the guidelines and the rejection emails.
Trials, upgrades, refunds and tax, with the failure paths built, not assumed.
One event registry, one identity across web and native, dashboards tied to real questions.
Development
From a one page site to an app in both stores. Design, frontend, backend, store submission, analytics and payments, all under one written scope.
What we build →Consulting
A fixed scope audit with a written report. Security, performance, cost, store readiness, monetization, localization, tracking. You get findings ranked by what they cost you.
What we audit →Every item below is something we have built and then operated, not something we read about.
Including proper right to left layout for Arabic and Hebrew, not mirrored screenshots.
Native builds, the paperwork around them, and the rejections that follow a first submission.
Over the air delivery for everything that does not require a new binary in the store.
Trials, upgrades, refunds, tax, and what the product does when a payment provider fails.
Row level security on every table, reviewed migrations, and drift checks between environments.
An event registry, dashboards tied to questions, and one identity across web and native.
Thirty minutes. What you have, what you need, whether we are the right studio for it.
Deliverables, price, dates and what is explicitly out of scope. Fixed price where the scope allows it.
Something you can open every week, in a staging environment of your own.
Your repository, your accounts, your keys. Documentation written for whoever comes after us.
Prices below are starting points for scoping a call. The written scope carries the real number.
from 900 EUR
One subject, one written report, one call to walk through it.
from 900 EUR
A defined deliverable, built and shipped.
from 450 EUR per month
For a site or product we built or audited. Updates, releases, monitoring, and a named person who answers.
If you decide after week one that this is not working, you keep everything produced and we invoice that week only.
You get the report whether or not you hire us to fix anything. It is written to be handed to another team.
Repository, cloud, store and payment accounts stay yours. Nothing is held as leverage at the end.
You do, from the first commit. We work in your repository and your cloud accounts whenever that is possible.
Most of our work is exactly that. We start with a short audit so the first estimate is based on the real codebase rather than a description of it.
Client work is confidential, and we would rather talk about the parts that match your problem than publish a wall of logos. On a call we walk through the relevant ones.
Here in Montenegro and abroad, in roughly equal measure. Local clients can meet us in Podgorica, everyone else works with us remotely. We invoice in euro, with the usual paperwork for clients in the European Union and beyond.
Handling the rejection is part of the work, not a change request. We have been through the common ones.
An audit usually starts within a week. A build depends on current capacity, so ask early.
Write a few lines about the product and the deadline. You get an answer within one working day, from the people who would do the work.
